  • As a Data Center Technician and Automation Engineer at Cloud Acropolis, I am responsible for ensuring the high availability and reliability of our data center infrastructure. I manage and maintain servers and network equipment, design and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and provide technical support to resolve hardware and software issues. I ensure compliance with international standards like ISO27001 and PCI DSS, as well as local regulations, and contribute to the successful execution of data center projects. My efforts in process automation have led to significant improvements in efficiency and uptime, reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

  • In my role as Senior Network Administrator, I have made significant improvements in the security and configuration of our switches and routers, increasing our performance from 40% to 70%. I have extensive experience with Cisco technologies including Vlan, STP, BPDU, DHCP, IPIP, GRE, and EIGRP, with my expertise now covering up to 60% of these areas.
  • I have also made progress in our implementation of Mikrotik solutions, including site-to-site VPN and point-to-point wireless radio, improving our performance by up to 80%. Additionally, I have been using Kerio for both Internet and Load Balance, as well as acting as the account manager.
  • I have implemented robust monitoring solutions with Zabiz and prtg, which now cover up to 100% of our network. I have also improved our backup process from manual to automated, using Ansible to achieve a backup success rate of up to 100%.
  • In addition, I have tackled the issue of error-disable ports on Cisco switches with Ansible, increasing our success rate from 0% to 100%. Lastly, I have started working on installing Wireless Mesh technology, covering up to 20% of the area with plans to expand up to 60% in the near future.
